prom night
in the suite life of zack and cody maddie says she will dance with with zack at his prom if he dances with her at hers. so that means ashley tisdale will likely guest star in this episode —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.168.133.175 (talk) 18:56, 10 January 2011 (UTC)
- That cannot be confirmed and she probably said that to get him to dance with her. --DisneyFriends (talk) 18:44, 12 January 2011 (UTC)
Guest stars: Matthew Timmons as Woody Fink
if woody is in almost every episode how would that make him a guest star wouldn't it be a main or recurring character i mean a guest star is someone like when tony hawk or jesse mccartney came on Black60dragon (talk) 02:32, 15 January 2011 (UTC)
- He's not credited in a starring role so he's not a main character. He is credited as a guest star, so that's what he is. --AussieLegend (talk) 09:21, 17 January 2011 (UTC)
VERY IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ
THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THIS WHOLE ENTIRE SHOW WILL END ON APRIL 22 BECAUSE APRIL 22 IS WHEN GRADUATION WILL COME —Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.224.55.53 (talk) 00:36, 9 April 2011 (UTC)
- And your reliable source is…? Graduation will not necessarily end the program; what will end the program is Disney announcing its cancellation. If the cast all goes on to different projects, that's indicative of the show ending, but it would not prevent Disney from recasting/bringing in new characters.
- What's critical to the article is that none of this speculation, conjecture, or drawing of conclusions may go into the article. Only information published in reliable sources is usable. —C.Fred (talk) 01:07, 9 April 2011 (UTC)
I agree, there has been rumors about Graduation on Deck being the last episode of the show, but it is not official. However, it is possible. 161.130.178.177 (talk) 16:12, 30 April 2011 (UTC)
- We already have a press release from Disney and an official article on the series finale. Yes, it will be the graduation episode, but it is on May 6. --DisneyFriends (talk) 17:04, 30 April 2011 (UTC)
Graduation
When "Graduation" airs or least when it receives an official airdate, should it have its own page, like the series premiere episode has? It would seem like a good idea to have both the pilot and finale earn their own articles. ~ Jedi94 (talk) 20:41, 30 March 2011 (UTC)
- I would love if it had its own page, but I feel as if it wouldn't have enough references and production information to be made into a separate page. However, if we can start collecting all of that, I don't think there would be a problem. It would be best to ask someone wiser than me. --DisneyFriends (talk) 03:31, 31 March 2011 (UTC)
- I think that the episode would have enough material for justification. The episode is a hallmark in the series because (besides acting as the show's finale) it serves as the end for the characters as a whole. ~ Jedi94 (talk) 23:57, 6 May 2011 (UTC)
- The article has been created but, as it stands now, fails WP:PLOT and is immediately a candidate for deletion. It requires significant expansion to justify its existence as a stand-alone article. I've prodded it accordingly, which will give time for such improvement. --AussieLegend (talk) 09:08, 7 May 2011 (UTC)

Das Boots

In that episode Das Boots Zack gets electrocuted from the electric eel and also gets stung by a jellyfish 10 times while wearing jeans but that part was cut out of the episode.

- Not done: If it was cut from the episode, why is it relevant to mention, and what's your source? —C.Fred (talk) 01:07, 6 September 2011 (UTC)
Reprisal Update
Torti and Stepanek are now bumped to two episodes, and Rhodes is bumped to three, as of the series finale--Harmony944 (talk) 00:40, 7 May 2011 (UTC)
Actor wikilinks in table episode entries
I am aware that WP:REPEATLINK suggests only one wikilink per actor per table but episode tables are unique in that each entry is an anchored section that can be directly linked to. For example [[List of The Suite Life on Deck episodes#ep18|"Splash & Trash"]] results in "Splash & Trash". In this case it may make more sense to consider each episode entry in the table as an independent mini-article as it may be the only thing seen when directly wikilinked. --Geraldo Perez (talk) 23:42, 16 September 2011 (UTC)
- Add - Actually the article does look better with less blue. Geraldo Perez (talk) 23:58, 16 September 2011 (UTC)
- Despite just being a simple list, the article had 390 wikilinks, with 113 of those being unnecessary extra links. Too many links is distracting, as you've noticed. As I indicated in my edit summaries, it's a matter of balance. Episode entries aren't as unique as you make out. In any article every heading is an anchor and individual anchors may be placed anywhere using {{anchor}} or {{anchors}}. It's therefore possible to directly link to anything. Using the logic you've presented above, we could treat every anchor as the beginning of a mini-article and use that to justify wikilinking the first instance of every term between anchors, but we don't do that. We do, or try to do, exactly as WP:REPEATLINK says. ie link the first occurrence unless the second occurrence is a long way from the first. In articles like this, it's common to link the first occurrence in each section since the sections are usually fairly long, but we really don't need to link more than once in each section. Even that is not always rigidly applied though, as in the case of infrequently recurring characters or noted guest stars linked in the section lead and also the individual episode entry. --AussieLegend (talk) 00:28, 17 September 2011 (UTC)

In the Episode box for "Bon Voyage" There should be a note: Note: In this episode when London says "I have an idea *4:38* and Bailey replies "Quick before it dies of loneliness." The same thing is said with London and Maddie in the episode "Romancing the phone" *2:10*.

There is not enough coverage on the episode "Twister: Part 2". I would like to add more info

Edit Request on 24 July 2012
In the Season 3 Episode Prom Night a note should say: 'In this episode Zack went to prom with Maya despite He and Maddie making an agreement in the Suite Life of Zack and Cody Season 1 episode "A Prom Story" that they will go together at his prom'[Edit/Paraphrase however you feel]
PS - Why is it blocked 216.58.23.180 (talk) 16:16, 24 July 2012 (UTC)
- As per WP:TVPLOT, the episode summary is an overview of the episode's main events and minutiae like dialogue, scene-by-scene breakdowns, individual jokes and technical detail should be avoided. What you're talking about is a simple continuity issue between two episodes in different series, 149 episodes and 6 years apart. As such, it's non-notable and shouldn't be in the episode summary. --AussieLegend (talk) 15:33, 31 July 2012 (UTC)
Non-notable trivia and continuity issues
Earlier today I had to remove some non-notable trivia from this article again.[1] Some editors seem to want to give this more weight than is justified, but it is an exceptionally minor continuity issue regarding two episodes in different series that are 148 episodes and six years apart. This article and List of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody episodes are episode lists. The episode summaries are supposed to summarise the important points in each episode and such minor continuity issues are outside the scope of the article. As noted in the immediately preceding eit request, as per WP:TVPLOT, the episode summary is an overview of the episode's main events and minutiae like dialogue, scene-by-scene breakdowns, individual jokes and technical detail should be avoided. The fact that a minor comment in an episode in one series is not followed up 148 episodes and 6 years later in another series is simply not worth noting. It's trivial and just fancruft. --AussieLegend (talk) 09:43, 18 August 2012 (UTC)
Cross reference episode 22
In season 2 episode 1 "The Spy Who Shoved Me". When entering the ball where the rendez-vous with Red Finger should take place, mr Moseby ends his joke with saying "... nugget", which is probably referring to the most funny thing happening in the hotel he could think of, during 'The Suite Life of Zack and Cody' Season 2 episode 36 "Going to Hollywood". During mr Moseby's interview about the funny things in the hotel, the best he could think of was: "One time ... we ran out of pillow mints. So we had to use ... wait for it ... NUGGET!".

Floating the TOC
Floating the TOC causes problems with screen readers for the blind. Is there really a necessity to do it here? Skyerise (talk) 20:52, 8 June 2015 (UTC)
- I use JAWS and have never had a problem. We regularly float the TOC right in these articles to eliminate whitespace, which is often quite significant. --AussieLegend (✉) 20:55, 8 June 2015 (UTC)
- I bet there a nice image that could be put there. :-) Skyerise (talk) 20:58, 8 June 2015 (UTC)
- We don't gratuitously add images simply because an editor chooses to edit-war. --AussieLegend (✉) 21:07, 8 June 2015 (UTC)
- I would like to see some documentation in the WP:Accessibility guidelines that talks to this before moving the TOC. Only thing I see there is WP:Accessibility#Floating elements which seems to permit floating elements if it inside the section it belongs to. The TOC is a top element and should cause no problems if floated right. If some screen reader does have problems with this usage seems to be a defect in that screen reader.
