I gave a few references now, more will be given as I collect more information and update the article. I think that should answer the first concern "Unsourced". I could not understand what "never-to-be-complete list" means. Please try to give me more info regarding this. I would like to remove the "dated prod" notice, but don't know where it is.

Please have patience, and don't delete this article. It is on its way to become a reasonably good article
