I'm not sure on whether to list Superior Courts or Superior Court Districts. The King County Superior Court page does not attempt to make this distinction, although for King County, the Superior Court and the Superior Court District are ultimately the same. For cases like the Asotin/Columbia/Garfield Superior Court District, each county has its own Superior Court webpage, (Asotin, Columbia, Garfield, which would indicate they are fairly separate organizations. Choosing to list only the Superior Courts and excluding the Districts would lose the information that these Superior Courts are under the same administration and sharing the same single Judge.
