Tummulle Padme

He is a main character of this book series.1980s decade he considered as a powerful mobster in Kotiyagoda. He was engaged in illegal liquor business.He was accused of many murders and many political and underworld figures including Mahawatte Lokaya were killed by him. Later in the late 80's he became a justice of the peace. A man named Guy was killed in front of the Welikada Police. However, he was a hero in the Kotiagoda area and did not allow drug dealing, rape and robbery to happen.\

Mahawatte Lokaya

He is a drug dealer in Mahawatte and Tummulla. In the early days, he and Thummulle Padme were friends, but because of the world's drug business, Thummulle Padme's colleagues and many young people in his area became victims. Because of this, several times Tummulla Padme forced him to refrain from selling drugs, but he did not even listen them. This caused them to become estranged. One day Rambo was attacked by a bully in Mahawatte and he started fighting with Rambo. Taking advantage of this, Tummulle Padme raised Rambo and planned to kill Mahawatte Lokaya. As a result, Rambo killed Mahawatte Lokaya.

Rambo

A strong thug in Mahawatta area. But he was engaged in the process of selling heroin. But he was very innocent in the beginning and he was a strong wrestler. One day he ran away to Padme's area in Tummulla due to a conflict with the Mahawatte Lokaya. Taking advantage of this, Tummulle Padme gave him the contract to kill Mahawatte Lokaya. As a result, Mahawatte Lokaya was killed by Rambo.After that, Mahawatta surrendered to Rambo. He was involved in many crimes with Padme in Tummulle , and was injured in a fight with the Thalangama gang and hospitalized. But in the end, he was killed by Thalangama gang Nayak Willy. This was a strong reason for the decline of Padme's power.

Thalangama Villi or Heinatikumbure Villi

He is the leader of the Thalangama gang. The gang including Willy, who clashed with the Kotiagoda area, participated in many mercenary killings. He is planeed to kill of Tummulle Padme by a soldier named Guy and the killing of Rambo in the hospital. After that, Thalangama Willy, who was involved in various murders and crimes, later left the gang and got used to living a normal life. But finally, he was killed by the plan of Kotiagoda Nihal or Dubai Some.

Thalangama Sammy or Heinatikumbure Sammy

He is a member of the Thalangama gang. He was associated with Willy, the leader of the Thalangama gang. He clashed with the Kotiagoda gang and was accused of various crimes. But he was killed by the organization.
