Suggestion

[edit]

The "Comic Book" and "Issues" columns should be combined. Since the table isn't sortable, it makes no sense to separate them, and it can be confusing when they don't always line up exactly. Fortdj33 (talk) 13:41, 27 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I don't mind you feeling that way. You can change it if you like. Jhenderson 777 14:04, 27 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Another suggestion

[edit]

I think the name of the article should be changed to "List of notable Spider-Man storylines". To make it clearer. I thought it was gonna list all Spidey storylines... —DangerousJXD (talk) 22:05, 27 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

There are two options with that. We can change it to that title or we can just add more storylines that don't have articles. The second one seems more useful if you ask me. It's not like its got to be the article ones here. That's just what we started off with. Those list article citation actually have a few that aren't. Probably the most obvious one I can think on the top of my head now is Amazing Fantasy #15. Jhenderson 777 22:40, 27 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Another popular one is "When Cometh the Commuter" just for example. Jhenderson 777 22:45, 27 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
In general I like the idea of having all storylines in here even if they don't have an article, but that might become too long and cumbersome. It might also violate WP:INDISCRIMINATE. Spidey104 14:16, 28 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
For right now let's just assume I mean the ones that are in the greatest stories (possibly even worst stories) list articles I cited that are also in the 616 universe. That isn't that much. If they story isn't cited from a really good source then I wouldn't have wanted an additon. Jhenderson 777
I support what Jhenderson777 just said. Spidey104 19:14, 28 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Publication date hyphenation

[edit]

There appears to be a discrepancy in the hyphenation between the start and end dates of publication. The first listed storyline "If This Be My Destiny...!" and the last listed storyline "Spider-Verse" use an elongated hyphen in their publication date section, while all the storyline publication dates in between use a short hyphen. I think the elongated hyphen looks better but also uses up more space. JosephSpiral (talk) 01:44, 28 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I think the problem comes from more than one editor working on it and not necessarily using the same hyphen as they type. I don't care which hyphen is used, but I agree that it should be consistently the same hyphen for all of them. Spidey104
