I am going to move this list back to its original location (which had the word "list" in the singular). The present title is not consistent with the equivalent pages for statutory instruments of the United Kingdom, statutory instruments of the Welsh Assembly and statutory rules of Northern Ireland. I also think this is really a single list broken up over a number of daughter articles for convienience. It is not as if there are lists of SSIs that relate to particular subjects or such like. Instead all the SSIs are placed in order of their SSI number. This approach will make it easier to defend attempts to impugn the validity of individual annual lists of SSIs by presenting them as stand-alone lists.
