Talk:List of SI electromagnetism units

This table used to be found in the articles that describe each of these values. Its use seemed extremely redundant so I thought it deserved its own entry. I deleted it from those pages and put a link to this one at the bottom of every one under see also. I also rearranged the table so that it matches the format of SI derived unit.

HELP needed! Looking for the table of latin symbols for edit, Never booked marked it, LOL It's of the Wikipedia tools to copy translate and edit the Latin symbols The reason is I need the symbol for pie= 3.14 in Latin. If possible respond to my talk page for the Wikipedia link Thanks!

Pi is a Greek letter, not Latin, and you can just use "π" or your favorite character map. =)

Look at the table in the Magnetism entry. That one seems to be a duplicate of this, but is currently in better condition. This table should be replaced by that one. I'm just not sure how to do that. 65.87.167.22 18:15, 16 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

This table is a mess. The column 'Name' should be 'Unit' with the unit abbreviations in braces. The column 'Symbol' should contain Symbols and not units. I for current is correct, but the symbol of voltage/potential is U (there may be others like E, IIRC) while V is its unit. I'll repair it as far as I can. 212.41.248.75 20:02, 20 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Project cancelled. Use the table in Magnetism.

Defining equation (physics) has more content than this article. See also here. Thanks, Maschen (talk) 11:02, 11 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
