Map
[edit]Things begin to look a bit silly if the article content doesn't match what's shown on the map. I have updated it so that it jibes with the article. I have confirmed that RyanAir now no longer flies to Klagenfurt, and so that has been removed. I have inserted several other places not originally on the map, notably in Italy, the UK, Poland, France and Morocco. I have also downgraded Pisa, which is apparently no longer a "focus city", although whoever did that in the text didn't leave a comment.
If this map becomes out of date once again, please leave a message on my talk page and I'll take care of it. Kelisi 01:20, 28 May 2006 (UTC)
Bologna / Forli
[edit]Ryanair has a mistake on its own website map: Bologna BLQ is indicated as a base, Forli FRL as a destination. These 2 need to be exchanged. Forli will become a base (1 aircraft) from December 04; Bologna will become a base in Junr 2010 but these flights are not available yet. For now, Bologna is just a normal destination.

Le Versoud Airport/Grenoble Saint-Geoirs Airport
[edit]I changed the Le Versoud Airport link to Grenoble Saint-Geoirs Airport because according to the airport site that's the correct one. Someone had put Grenoble Saint-Geoirs in the Le Versoud by mistake. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 23:56, 28 July 2006 (UTC)
focus city
[edit]Some explanation needs to be given in the article of what is meant (what Ryanair means?) by the term "focus city". I note that Hahn (population 170) is included: hardly a city! -- Picapica 17:52, 10 December 2006 (UTC)
Re: Focus city is not an official term or something. Actually, Ryanair doesn't really have hubs either (as a hub suggests a transfer facility). The correct word would be Base. A base is then easily defined as an airport where crew is located and where aircraft remain overnight on a structural basis.

[edit]I have split the article into sections using each country a section. I hope this will make the page more user friendly.

Intercontinental?
[edit]Ryanair flies no long distance flights. I have heard they are unprofitable. Comments? --217.208.214.216 (talk) 19:04, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
It is not i Ryanairs business model to fly long distance flights and they don't have the right aircraft to do so. Whether or not this is unprofitable cannot be said as they haven't tried (yet).
Pescara Hub
[edit]I added the Pescara (Abruzzo International Airport) as a hub (http://www.ryanair.com/site/IT/news.php?yr=09&month=apr&story=rte-it-020409).

Georgia and Armenia
[edit]This map is outdated and should include the destinations in Georgia (Tbilisi, Kutaisi) and Armenia (Yerevan, Gyumri). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 37.252.91.38 (talk) 23:54, 21 December 2019 (UTC)
