add watch dogs on ps3 games list and wolfenstein the new order 2.88.26.205 (talk) 21:55, 1 August 2014 (UTC)
Distinction of Blu-ray and "digital only" games does not make any sense at this point anymore
Frankly I believe that at this point this distinction does not make any sense anymore. The majority of newer retail releases are also available digitally, many games are available on disc only in specific regions (while digital only in most other regions - such as Tokyo Jungle), other formerly only digitally distributed games have received a disc release later on (such as Flower and Journey) and even some major titles only get a digital release these days (like Puppeteer). At this point the release type is not a reliable indicator for a game's significance anymore and I believe that all games officially released for PS3, no matter in what form, should be allowed to be included on the main list. --F4LL0UT (talk) 15:26, 14 December 2014 (UTC)
"Handheld" rule is obsolete
The rules for the list state that a release on a handheld console has no impact on a game's exclusivity. This made sense in the past, when say a GameBoy version of a game was obviously always pretty much completely unrelated to the game developed for major platforms. However, these days it is more and more common that a handheld version of a game is a full-fledged port of the release on major platforms with only minor differences which should not constitute a different game. Not to mention that more and more releases for major platforms are direct ports of handheld games (like Assassin's Creed Liberation HD). Whether a handheld version of a game is the same game has to be determined individually at this point and I believe that no rule for this can be defined. I suggest that the sentence concerning handheld and mobile platforms should be altered accordingly (and in the best case not only cite phones but also tablets since those usually run the exact same or at least extremely similar games). --F4LL0UT (talk) 15:48, 14 December 2014 (UTC)
Got confused by the exclusivity information - please restore earlier version
So I went through almost the entire list of these games, "fixing" the exclusivity information adding "console" wherever a game is a console exclusive (because let's face it: that's what the vast majority of readers will presume it means). I somehow managed to misread the explanation in the beginning and had begun adding "console" for all console exclusives. Obviously that was wrong and the vast majority of my recent changes have to be undone, the article should probably just be restored to the last version before my big batch of edits. Frankly I do not know how to do it or whether a regular user like me even has the necessary rights. Anyway, so please revert the article to the last version before I began altering it (that would be the edit on December 11th by BD2412). My apologies (note that this misunderstanding has no impact on the other two topics I added to the talk page earlier today). I have also made a few edits correct according to the list's rules (like setting exclusivity to "yes" for Haze and Puppeteer) but I will gladly manually restore these and others after the rollback. --F4LL0UT (talk) 16:23, 14 December 2014 (UTC)
- Figured out how to do it myself so please ignore my request. I will re-add the correct changes from my previous edits ASAP. --F4LL0UT (talk) 22:33, 17 December 2014 (UTC)

Hm, hi I dunno how this works but this is missing Saint Seiya Sanctuary Battle, a ps3 exclusive title https://www.bandainamcoent.eu/product/saint-seiya-sanctuary-battle/playstation-3
Incorrect link for Data-Fly
The link for Data-Fly actually leads to Darksiders. Here is the correct link: http://www.ign.com/games/data-fly/ps3-778116
Honestly, it doesn't really matter much, since Data-Fly is most likely long-cancelled, despite the developer never confirming it. 2001:5B0:2445:CD8:406:1184:A111:74D (talk) 01:22, 4 August 2015 (UTC)
PS3, PS4 cross-play
An extra column has been added to List of PlayStation 4 games in order to identify games that have cross-platform play between PS3 and PS4. If knowledgeable editors could help fill-in the blanks, that would be good. — TPX 23:32, 21 August 2015 (UTC)
Changes That Need To Be Made
'Ride' (Motorbike Racing) needs to be added to the List
'FIFA 16' needs to be added to the List
'Formula One - 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014' all need to be added to the List
Mortal Kombat X needs to be moved to the Cancelled Games section — Preceding unsigned comment added by JONNY1992UK (talk • contribs) 03:28, 12 November 2015 (UTC)
Major changes to be made.
Okay. I don't know why some titles are not being updated on. But there seems to be a lot of games that needs a date, or that needs to be moved to the cancelled games list. And please put the Unreleased ones to the right format.
I'm obviously trying to keep the listings on the video games to be consistent with what needs to be correct. Zacharyalejandro (talk) 17:21, 15 November 2015 (UTC)Zacharyalejandro

Add a game called 'Farming simulator' Retrorick wikipedia (talk) 19:08, 13 November 2015 (UTC) Retrorick wikipedia (talk) 19:08, 13 November 2015 (UTC)
- No reaction ? Retrorick wikipedia talk 17:28, 15 November 2015 (UTC)
- Not done for now: Can you provide a source that Farming Simulator is on a retail disc? I cannot find anything concrete with a quick search, seems like its offered as a download code on most retailers. -- ferret (talk) 18:44, 1 December 2015 (UTC)

Exclusivity clarification--it doesn't cover all of gaming history
The article does not make sufficiently clear what it means by exclusive. Sure it clarifies that it only refers to consoles. But consoles from what time period? The way the term is used in the list, "exclusive" simply means that if a game was released on PS3, then it wasn't released on Xbox 360 or Wii.
However, the article doesn't state that. The article's attempt to define the term can be interpreted to mean PS3 but not PS2, or PS3 but not Xbox One, or PS3 but not Atari 2600. The timeframe is the issue. We're really not talking about any game generation before or after the PS3, just the PS3, 360 and Wii, the consoles that were contemporary to the PS3.
Therefore, the editing that labels games as "not exclusive", just because they were released on the PS2 or PS4, should be removed. That would mean the accuracy of this article can be affected over time. That was never the intended use of the exclusivity concept in this article. Ozdarka (talk) 05:43, 21 March 2016 (UTC)
Australia
Can you please add Australia or R4 to the list? Would be helpful trying to complete an all R4 released set Although a lot of R2 games are redistributed here, it would be handy to have an Australian column or show R1, R2, R3, R4
