Inclusion - Exclusion

What are the criteria for inclusion and exclusion of basins from this list? Should this list include basins like the Perth basin which are primarily sedimentary basins and not ocean basins? Should it include basins like the Tsushima Basin? The Tsushima Basin in one sense is under the ocean, but it is really a basin adjacent to the coast, a "sea basin" like the ones (Bornholm Basin, Gotland Basin, etc.) in the Baltic Sea.
