Possible change of format

[edit]

It would be a drastic change, but would the list not be more easily read if it was organised by club not date, à la List of Swedish football transfers winter 2010–2011? Transfer cost and club nationality could still be kept. Pandaldinho (talk) 18:11, 4 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

To be honest, I have been thinking the same, but wouldn't go all the way with a change after the article was created. When I started this article, I just copied the format from one of the english lists, without knowing that there were an alternative. I like the current format better, with sortable names and clubs but the other format might be easier to read since it's sorted by club, but this will make a lot of transfers listed more then once. There are pros and cons for both formats, but if I'm creating another article like List of Norwegian football transfers winter 2010–11 I'll use the swedish format (as I don't have all the dates), so if you want to perform the change in format, please go ahead. Maybe we could cooperate on it in some way? Mentoz86 (talk) 22:33, 5 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
