[edit]These busses have been (or will be) renamed 375 and 385, so I'll move them --Cleave and Smite, Delete and Tear! (talk) 19:58, 19 March 2010 (UTC)
GO28 Service?
[edit]The GO28 still isn't listed after more than a month of service. Can someone who knows the complete routing (the timetable doesn't show the streets traveled) post the GO28 details on this list? 69.126.138.249 (talk) 08:05, 11 November 2009 (UTC) -Your wish is my command --Cleave and Smite, Delete and Tear! 22 William Street?
[edit]Would like to know the identity of their operator. AFAIK, they participated in the NJ Transit transfer program, although they did not accept "The Bus Card" or NJT monthly passes. NJT did not take this route over, despite the route possibly having been a viable alternate/parallel route for the 21 Main Street. 71.241.121.58 07:38, 27 July 2007 (UTC)
Private companies (in brief)
[edit]The following private companies operate routes that are listed as transfers in NJT bus schedules:
- 31 Newark-South Orange [1][2]
- 44 Tremont-Newark-East Orange-Orange (operated by both Independent and ONE??) [3][4]
I think these should be in the list, but the name should be changed to reflect that these are not contracted by NJ Transit. Can someone suggest a better name that includes these routes but excludes others that aren't numbered, like school-operated shuttles? --NE2 18:48, 31 January 2007 (UTC)
- At least in 1999, the ONE buses were owned by NJ Transit (and still ran on Frelinghuysen): [7] --NE2 00:15, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
And here are some that probably shouldn't be in the list, but may have once been NJ Transit or Public Service routes: --NE2 19:10, 31 January 2007 (UTC)

Route 93 not "variant" of route 94
[edit]This is not a "variant of the 94". It was created to take over the 94's operations between Bloomfield and the Newark City Subway bus transfer (present Branch Brook Park station). It does not serve any current part of the 94's route. Route 92 was altered to operate along Belleville Avenue during weekdays and Saturdays; route 93H operates on Hoover Avenue and Joralemon Street, while route 93M operates on Montgomery Street and Mill Street. Route 94 turns around at Bloomfield Avenue. 70.105.211.116 04:48, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
Former route numbers under NJT?
[edit]NJ Transit Bus Operations changed a lot of numbers in the 1980s and 1990s. Where are these changes to be listed, if not on this page? 70.105.211.116 04:50, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
Go Bus Article
[edit]There should be a separate NJT article/stub just for current Go25/Go28 bus service and the future of more BRT related service for NJ Transit. Mfs1013 (talk) 04:53, 2 August 2011 (UTC)

Merge Academy and Coach USA operated routes?
[edit]I think it'd make sense to fuse the coach USA and Academy routes into some of the tables, since some of the routes were operated under NJ Transit at some point. Mtattrain (talk) 07:16, 20 April 2020 (UTC)
