Combine landers and rovers

[edit]

I'm not 100% sure why we're not just combining all landers and rovers into the same list. Does anyone object if we do that? NickCT (talk) 16:19, 23 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I agree that a combined list would be more useful. -- ToE 22:36, 13 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Agreed - I came to this page looking for exactly that & it isn't clear where to go to get a complete list of Rovers — Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.118.248.221 (talk) 00:12, 19 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Perseverance (rover)

[edit]

Perseverance should be added. Bubba73 You talkin' to me? 03:17, 19 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

"MOLA" value?

[edit]

What's the significance of the MOLA column, and the value within it? There's a footnote expanding it to Mars Orbiter Laser Altimeter but no explanation as to what it means. It's an instrument on Mars Global Surveyor and there's a hint in that article that MGS could be used to observe other spacecraft or possibly their landing sites. Is the MOLA value perhaps the relative altitude, in km, from a datum level? Matt Whyndham (talk) 11:44, 2 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
