[edit]Strictly speaking, this is a list of players batting in 10 or more runs in one game, not 10. Kantokano (talk) 20:05, 29 May 2014 (UTC)
Runs are batted in, not hit in
[edit]The batter does not even need to strike the ball once in an at-bat in order to bat in a run. Please change the wording accordingly. - 2602:306:C478:5C90:F9E0:3E68:33E2:4DC6 (talk) 00:54, 8 July 2017 (UTC)
- Doesn't matter – I've already explained all the situations in which a RBI would result in the very first sentence. And since the majority of RBIs is the result of hitting the ball (including a sac bunt or fly), WP:COMMON would apply. And while you're at it, read up on WP:NPA since your edit summaries aren't conducive to resolving the dispute at hand.

—Bloom6132 (talk) 01:00, 8 July 2017 (UTC)- IP, since it seems unlikely that you will be able to achieve consensus for the changes you are proposing to make, and because consensus is how things are decided here, the change will not be made at this time. Note that consensus can change if other editors join the discussion, but unless and until they do and it does, the challenged changes stay out. General Ization Talk 01:04, 8 July 2017 (UTC)
