Regarding the edit below… Can you explain more helpfully why you deleted the prior edit?
There is value in the Nihongo name being incorporated into the character's name, as it is for all of the other characters on the page. It is a reference type of information, not prose. Forcing it into the description of the character both clutters that description as well as makes the name information unreliable, since it could be anywhere.
That the two main characters' names are section headings is the problem. If that messes up other uses then they should be set at a subordinate level, as all other names are. If you feel the need to fix something, then fix those and that will increase consistency and readability on multiple fronts.

16:18, 29 July 2015 (→Main characters: the nihongo'ed name does not need to be the section head). https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=List_of_Maid_Sama!_characters&oldid=673654400
- It's mainly to deal with the section headers of characters that will likely have their own section. Main characters need that. The supporting characters can either be given their own sections or grouped in dictionary definition lists as with List_of_Naruto_characters#Sound Four, or grouped in prose. Those dictionary lists can thus have the character names nihongo'ed. The other reason is that you would also have to provide a vanchor/anchor for Misaki Ayuzawa if such an elaborate section header is presented. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 20:10, 30 July 2015 (UTC)
