How are Spanish actors handled considering this article? Is this concerned with someone's nationality or ethnicity?

The titles are straightforward. What is what as some actors might originate from Spain but are through US film industry projects considered by some, Latin Americans associated with a Latin American country rather than their origins in Europe. Also, is the article about nationality which has absolutely nothing to do with their ethnicity as they can be of European origins in Latin America through immigration or is it about their ethnicity.2605:E000:9149:8300:2C24:FC74:83A5:F932 (talk) 02:06, 16 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
