I didn't want to adjust the entry directly, hence opening this discussion now. Here's my problem: According to the Standard Document id3v2.3.0, the genre is suppossed to be spelled "Psychadelic" instead of "Psychedelic" (as used in this Wikipedia entry). This looks like a minor issue but I ran into a very annoying!!! problem. Using "abcde" CD grabber (Linux) with this non-standard spelling creates currently a serious failure, since they only implemented the standard-conform spelling. It took me more than 3 hours to find out what caused the grabbing tool to fail. A lot of other Linux software processing id3 itags (like eye3d and Audacious) use only the non-standard spelling, maybe because of the spelling used in this wikipedia entry?! So, basically, I want to know, whether the spelling was changed during the different versions of the standard? If not, we may mention the different commonly used spelling versions in this entry. Are there any other "misspelled" genres here? OheimO (talk) 03:38, 18 December 2018 (UTC)][reply]
