Suicide move??
[edit]The picture showing the 'brilliant' move for the game of the century section looks to be a suicide move. AFAIK you cannot play such a move. This youtube video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b-F4n__Tyuc) doesn't show the position in this diagram occurring. Is the diagram used in wrong? Themadhair (talk) 16:34, 5 November 2010 (UTC)

- Allowable because he took a piece. See, for instance, [1]. 74.131.53.1 (talk) 19:59, 29 July 2011 (UTC)
Seigen vs. Shusai myoshu
[edit]Hi, I'm not familiar with Wikipedia editing / formatting, etc so don't know how to make this change myself, however the game position shown for white 160 in "The Game of the Century" is missing a stone. There should be a black stone on the 3rd line from the top in the 10th column (It was black move 105 in the game). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 163.185.61.28 (talk) 21:31, 30 August 2011 (UTC)
- I watched a youtube video of the match that suggests this is correct. I have changed the stone. It would be good if another person or two would confirm this edit as valid as youtube isn't the most reliable of sources. Jason Quinn (talk) 14:24, 26 October 2011 (UTC)
Another point on this game - Kawabata's Book "Master of Go" is actually about the Shusai v. Kitani Minoru match (the Meijin's retirement game) not this game. I have removed the line saying it is about this game. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.118.54.114 (talk) 18:07, 1 June 2012 (UTC)
