Number of Race Starts Column
[edit]Would this table be more effective at conveying the value of each position in the rankings if it had a column with the number of race starts by each of those drivers? EdwardRussell (talk) 11:28, 30 November 2011 (UTC)
Title
[edit]Shouldn't it be: List of Formula One drivers who have set a fastest lap? Just "who set" implies that they died or they're not in F1 anymore (or at least it does to me...). Bigdon128 (talk) 23:08, 25 March 2012 (UTC)
Difference between DEU ad GER?
[edit]Just wondering if there's a difference between DEU (as per Hulkenberg) and GER (for the Schumachers, Vettel etc)?
- A bit late, but technically I suppose there is a difference between the Schumachers, Hulkenberg, Frentzen, Rosberg N, Glock, Vettel and Sutil; and Mass, Herman, Kling (FRG). Should the latter have the old German flag (just as Scheckter has the old South African one)? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 51.9.7.102 (talk) 09:47, 15 February 2021 (UTC)
- Issue has been resolved now as we use the countries full name, not an abbreviation. NapHit (talk) 12:18, 16 February 2021 (UTC)
- To some degree, yes, but should the older drivers have West Germany as their country then? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 51.9.7.102 (talk) 16:13, 19 February 2021 (UTC)

Interesting statistic but...
[edit]Restrictions on the number of engines etc. have made this statistic less relevant over time with drivers now electing to conserve their engines rather than aim for lap records. Personally, I feel that caveat needs to be on the page.David T Tokyo (talk) 10:00, 22 October 2017 (UTC)
