Conversion to a list

Unfortunately this isn't an actual list but rather a content fork. I've started a list below but didn't get very far and then realized I should gain consensus before continuing. I'll keep working on it here and then move it into the article as I continue if consensus emerges this is a proper thing to do. (Feel free to add as well.)

It doesn't seem to have been intended as a list, but it was moved on a few days ago from FIFA World Cup stadiums to the current title.
