Ratings?
[edit]Any room in the Template for each episode's rating? --RogueJedi86 18:33, 17 November 2006 (UTC)
- Probably. IMO they're gonna clutter up this particular table, though. I'd have put the rating in the episode infobox if there were an entry for it. Magus Melchior 22:32, 17 November 2006 (UTC)
- There's room, but I believe we had decided against adding it when mocking up the list. Plus, it would have been for the US airing only, ignoring the Canadian (which is probably one reason the general-purpose episode infobox doesn't have a parameter for it). —TangentCube /c /t 22:49, 17 November 2006 (UTC)
- Good point. English >> US. Magus Melchior 00:32, 18 November 2006 (UTC)
- Still though, I like to know the ratings, it gives a general idea of the content of the episode, regardless of your nationality. TV14V for example tells me we got violence. TV14VL means we also got some language to go along with. --RogueJedi86 15:00, 18 November 2006 (UTC)
- That is a topic best covered by a TV-focused site, such as TV.com, then. —TangentCube /c /t 06:07, 19 November 2006 (UTC)
- And yet a list of episodes seems like something for TV.com too, yet we still have it here. At the least I guess we could put them on the individual pages for each episode that people seem to be putting up. --RogueJedi86 16:15, 19 November 2006 (UTC)

Well, this isn't TV.com, so I don't think your reasoning is really valid there. Still, if it's not too out of the guidelines/policies, there shouldn't be too much contention against sticking them in the episode articles as you suggest. Magus Melchior 00:55, 20 November 2006 (UTC)
Trivia and References
[edit]I added the Trivia and References section from the main page, since it was way too huge. However, each of the references listed here should be added to the individual episode articles as they are completed! That's the most logical format, as I'm sure most of you will agree. Jbetteridge 06:47, 5 December 2006 (UTC)
- And what of those references not tied to specific episodes? —TangentCube /c /t 07:14, 5 December 2006 (UTC)
- I don't think it belongs here. I think the episode-specific references should be added to each episode article in some sort of miscellanea section. The trivia/references not tied to an episode should either be worked into the main article somehow or deleted. — Tenks 01:13, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
- Per Tenks' suggestion, I've moved some of the episode-specific trivia into their respective articles. Just in case anyone wonders where random trivia disappeared to. Magus Melchior 20:22, 9 February 2007 (UTC)
- what happened to the trivia about the extra warning adult swim has given E7 from 26 (if i am right) and on, also the one about the shortened scene in substance abuse were those lost during the move or removed pre-trivia move NekrosKoma 18:56, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
Sorry, I really have no idea idea how to edit a wiki, but i felt this was the place to point out that the Mech names are also references to 80's rave groups KLF and LFO, in addition their serial numbers 606 - 909 and 303 Devilfish refer to Roland-made drum machines and an accompanying synthesizer. 129.177.138.109 (talk) 00:58, 16 September 2008 (UTC)
It's already done on the Light Finding Operation page, but thank you. Westrim (talk) 01:56, 16 September 2008 (UTC)
Leave of absence
[edit]I regret to inform the editors of this series that I will be taking a leave of absence from WP-- doubly so, since I was the one who suggested starting this in the first place.
Although the recent New Yorker thing is on my mind, the major reason for my leave is that I'll be in Japan for business reasons, and I won't be able to view E7 episodes for at least two months (that, and I don't know Essjay at all). I had originally thought of finishing the episode articles in a rough state before leaving, but with about 14 episodes remaining and less than a week before the flight, that's looking more and more impossible.
Big thanks to TangentCube, Tenks, NekrosKoma, and all the others who jumped on board. Please feel free to continue (maybe even finish) the entire series-- I opted for the guidelines in WikiProject:Television/Episodes, to get anyone who wants to pick up where I left off started.
Well, there is copy/paste... Magus Melchior 00:39, 3 March 2007 (UTC)
- A postscript: I was working with an outdated version of the TVE article format. If anyone writes a new episode article, please try to follow the newer version. Magus Melchior 00:51, 3 March 2007 (UTC)
- Sticks that you left, seems all the episodes have been turned to redirects. -Babelious 19:10, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
Recap Epsisode?
[edit]Apparently that one doesn't count?
Was that on the DVD?
I thought it had some interesting commentary. 74.116.137.2 01:08, 5 August 2007 (UTC)
- It's still an episode Repku (talk) 12:23, 11 May 2008 (UTC)
Episode notability
[edit]All of the episodes of this series fail the notability guidelines for television episodes. The way for these articles to be improved is through the inclusion of real-world information from reliable sources to assert notability. That is unlikely to happen, and these only contain overly long plot summaries, trivia, and quotes. Per that, they need to be a small part of this list. If there are no objections, these will be redirected soon. TTN 20:18, 20 August 2007 (UTC)
- I object. Please use the Wikipedia:Television episodes/Review process. - Peregrine Fisher 05:40, 26 August 2007 (UTC)
- I strongly object, there are high amounts of real-world information stemming from almost every episode. -Babelious 19:13, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
These should both be incorporated into their respective articles. -Babelious 21:05, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
- I don't really have enough free time or materials (Eureka Seven episodes) to help write the Eureka Seven episode pages with out-of-universe information, so for now the permanent link for this page with links to the episodes is here. -Babelious 21:35, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
