On 15 August 2024, it was proposed that this article be moved. The result of the discussion was move.
This article may have been titled List of minor Coronation Street characters (1979) but was essentially an article on the character Jack Duckworth. As such an article already exists, I've removed the bulk of material and left an paragraph - taken from the existing text - giving a description of the character as a minor character. I've added a link to the main article too, and removed the tag from the top of the page.
Given the character was introduced as a minor character I feel this should remain referenced on this page, but we need further minor characters introduced in 1979 - please add some in if you know of any. Niki2006 (talk) 20:15, 1 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
