'19-'20

Should we consider the 2019-2020 season as done for the Cavs?

They weren't brought into the restart "bubble" in Orlando, as they won't make the playoffs.

I see no reason to think that the Cavs will play again in '19-'20.

We should add a section for the Play-in tournament, as it is a new layer to the postseason.

Can't pretend it doesn't exist...if you play games after #82, it's considered as postseason.
