Steve McQueen

[edit]

Steve McQueen did not attend Carnegie Tech. The motorycle story is an urban legend that is also attributed to other actors, like Warren Beatty. Steve McQueen was expelled from a reform school when he was in the ninth grade. Later on, he attended the Neighborhood Playhouse, Herbert-Bergoff Drama School, and the Actors Studio in New York. - Slo-mo 07:14, 10 March 2006 (UTC)

Andrew Plotkin

Should Andrew Plotkin be added to this page? --Laefer 10:11, 27 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Organisation of Alumni / Faculty. Duplication?

[edit]

Is there duplication between alumni and faculty categories? Or is the intention to show the distinction between those who won Nobel, Turing awards while part of the faculty and those who won after graduating from CMU? Bakashi10 08:25, 16 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

In addition, the "Other prominent faculty" section seems to be mainly alumni. Pgf 14:15, 13 July 2014 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Pgf (talkcontribs)
