Hripsime

[edit]

Unfortunately her medal was removed in 2016. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.182.221.205 (talk) 22:33, 15 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Boris

[edit]

I see that Boris has been added in Waterpolo. We should thus increase the count of medals in all other sections as well by +1 (ex total medals, by sports, by countries from 88 to 89) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.182.221.205 (talk) 21:43, 12 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

 Done. Thank You! --23artashes (talk) 09:41, 13 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Vadim Yemelyanov

[edit]

Could Vadim Yemelyanov possibly be Armenian? --TheShadowCrow (talk) 15:24, 19 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

No, he's not. --Երևանցի ասելիք կա՞ 21:35, 19 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I've heard on some Armenian sites that Igor Novikov (pentathlete) is Armenian. --TheShadowCrow (talk) 22:16, 17 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

He is an ethnic Russian and he was from Yerevan sport school, so he is sometimes considered Armenian.--Երևանցի ասելիք կա՞ 20:56, 18 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I found another: Pavel Sukosyan

And do you want to add Ditte Kotzian? --TheShadowCrow (talk) 14:34, 27 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Chronological problems

[edit]

I wasn't able to perfectly order them though. Here are a few problems I had:

  • Igor Ter-Ovanesyan and Armenak Alachachian won medals on the same day at the 1964 Olympics, making it hard to tell who won theirs first.
  • Norair Nurikyan and Edvard Mikaelian won medals on the same day at the 1972 Olympics
  • Sirvard Emirzyan, Ashot Karagyan and Yurik Vardanyan won medals on the same day at the 1980 Olympics
  • Bernard Tchoullouyan, Sos Airapetian and Sanasar Oganisyan also won medals on the same day at the 1980 Olympics
  • Heorhiy Pohosov and Stepan Sarkisyan won medals on the same day at the 1989 Olympics
  • Elen Shakirova and Heorhiy Pohosov won medals on the same day at the 1992 Olympics
  • Mnatsakan Iskandaryan and Israel Militosyan also won medals on the same day at the 1992 Olympics
  • Artiom Kiouregkian, Ara Abrahamian and Mkhitar Manukyan all seem to have won medals at the same time at the 2004 Olympics.
  • Armen Nazaryan and Varteres Samurgashev also seem to have won medals at the same time at the 2004 Olympics.
  • Couldn't find out if Tigran V. Martirosyan or Artur Ayvazyan won their 2008 Olympic medals first.

I'm going to leave this here in case we or someone else find out who here won their medals first some day. --TheShadowCrow (talk) 22:04, 1 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
