[edit]While the references back up the actual numbers, I don't see where it confirms that it is a Diamondbacks record. In the first table for example, it says that Luis Gonzalez scored 780 runs for the team, and the reference([1]) confirms this. But within that reference I can't find where it says that those 780 runs are a Diamondbacks team record. Is a better reference needed or have I missed something? --Jameboy (talk) 15:46, 14 August 2020 (UTC)
- @Jameboy: The Diamondbacks records are actually pulled from the BaseballRef references at the top of the section (see FNs 1 and 2 for instance), while the individual row cites are the player-specific stats. It's been a few years since I'd done any work on this, so I can't recall any particular reason for doing it that way (perhaps using the primary cites for the actual prose statement at the top stating that the below are the franchise records -- but I've proven time and again not to be any good sort of self-mind reader ...), but I hope it clears up any confusion at any rate. Thanks for noting. Tyrol5 [Talk] 14:50, 15 August 2020 (UTC)
- @Tyrol5: Aah, I completely missed those two references (oops). That's all good. Thanks. --Jameboy (talk) 15:56, 15 August 2020 (UTC)
