There are many problems with this list article. The reason for this article existing in the first place is not entirely clear. The sporadic and incomplete sources is another big problem. {{More sources}}
For now I will attempt to address a smaller problem, the release dates. The film Sonic 2 was first released March 30, 2022 internationally. The American wide release date was not until April 8, 2022. It is not made clear anywhere in this article (or a hidden comment in the wiki source) what release date should be included in the list. If the intention is to use the American/US Domestic theatrical release dates then this is something that should be made overtly clear to readers and editors in text before the table, or at least in the column heading. Do not assume that other people will magically guess the intentions of the people who started this list.
This also means that release dates will need to be clearly referenced so that editors can properly check that the date included in the list matches the intended date. If editors could make it overtly clear what is intended and please start adding proper sources it might help bring this article up to a reasonable minimum quality standard. -- 109.76.132.77 (talk) 19:48, 8 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Again, as I said already, if this article is only supposed to use USA release dates then it needs to be made clear in multiple places.[1] It will also need to be verfiable which means it will need to be properly sourced. That might be as simple as a reference to the-Numbers.com (or Box Office Mojo) for every film listed. -- 109.78.193.194 (talk) 02:40, 20 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
No one bothered to discuss this but another editor changed the date again.[2] It would certainly seem as if the intention is to use the USA release dates but this needs to be made much clearer.
