American bias
[edit]The article is little more than a list, possibly able to be construed as an ad, but more seriously it is excessively American-centred. For example, the product is available in 330ml cans in many places (e.g. France). 16oz as a liquid measure does not apply outside America (in UK it will be in ml, but I don't have a conversion available). I suspect the six-packs are available in USA but may not be elsehwere.
In writing about a global brand, it should be important to consider differences in other countries and not concentrate solely on one. And as a product from a British company, it might be appropriate to use British spellings. Emeraude 15:57, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
I agree: This should be completely rewritten to make clear that this only covers the US range. I bet there are tens if not 100s of additional Lipton ice tea products around the world. Mtl1969 11:50, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
If you ave infomation about this product as it relates to overseas sales and marketing, please feel free to include it in the article. My guess is that the article is 'American-centered' because American editors are the ones who have taken the time to edit and add infomation into the article. Since we don't easily have infomation pertaining to the overseas versions of the product, we count on y'all to add it. 72.69.121.47 11:48, 1 July 2007 (UTC)
Even for American editors it is easy to write it in such a way that it is clear this pertains to the US range. I don;t have product information avaialbel for other marjets, but have re-written it to reflect a global point of view Mtl1969 (talk) 08:22, 22 August 2008 (UTC)
Lightly sweetened
[edit]Is lightly a personal judgment or a relative one? Either way raspberry and peach have more sugar than the extra sweet tea and lemon is close.
More Flavours?
[edit]In South Africa (as i'm sure in other countries) there is also a Mango and an Apple flavour. 81.208.163.239 00:10, 2 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit]This article is similar in nature to an advertisement of the product and there are no third-party source available. Mr.Clown 05:21, 20 December 2006 (UTC)
All right, my bad. Mr.Clown 03:01, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
- I agree, I cant see anything to improve the page from a list/advert Dmanning 13:23, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
- It doesn't look like an advert now, and I'm sure there are ways to expand it. --badlydrawnjeff talk 13:32, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
Name
[edit]Isn't the name Lipton Ice Tea? --eusourei(talk) 18:13, 1 August 2007 (UTC)
I just found out that, in the USA, it's really called Idced Tea... Sorry, my mistake... --eusourei(talk) 18:13, 1 August 2007 (UTC)

advertisement and not appropriate for encyclopedia
[edit]This looks like a a simple brand promotion site, both in terms of content and presentation. I added an advert tag to what was already there. --Fremte (talk) 21:47, 2 May 2009 (UTC)
