Suggestion to renaming the page/separation of page into two new articles

[edit]

As pointed out before, it seems that the overall focus/content of this page is incorrect. The usage of SLNs and LNPs throughout this article makes it confusing as it not clear if SLNs are a subclass of LNPs or if LNPs are a subclass of SLNs.

After consulting the literature of various review articles and primary articles, it seems that some people have used the term LNPs to describe lipid-based nanoparticles which includes both SLNs and LNPs. However, other experts view LNPs and SLNs as two separate topics.

I suggest we rename the page to Lipid-based nanoparticles which would encompass both SLNs and LNPs allowing us to keep the contents of the page the same with only slight modifications to various sections needed. This also opens up the possibility for future articles on SLNs, LNPs, and NLCs. Or we could separate the current content on SLNs and LNPs into their own separate pages.
