Merge proposal

I propose merging Specialized Systems Consultants into the Linux Journal article, as the former is a defunct company, with very little information available on the Web. Some additional information might be gleaned from the Internet Archive Wayback Machine, before the name vanished and their site became a redirect to http://www.linuxjournal.com. Linux Journal issue number reference

Unfortunately, many Linux Journal citations in Wikipedia don't mention the |number= of the magazine, although this information belongs into a proper citation.

Most probably, this is because many people just refer to the online versions of the publication.

For those seeking to retrofit the missing issue number information to citations, here is an overview of all issues from 1994 up to 2014 (numbers 1 to 248):
