[edit]The Debian distribution of Linux has a linuxdoc-tools package.
Slackware has a linuxdoc-tools package as well. So it should at least say 'Debian and Slackware'. However, I suspect (but can't confirm) that most major Linux distributions do, so then it should be 'most Linux distributions'. On the third hand, is this even relevant to a trans-distribution form of markup? Perhaps the sentence should simply be deleted.
and users of small to medium size projects have found that it suits their purposes better than DocBook.
And, actually, shouldn't this (uncited) comment at least say 'most users'?
