Page name
[edit]Category is called "Linux based devices" - do you think this would be a better name for this page? Or will we rename the cat after this page? Would be nice to have the names same... Any opinions welcome.--Kozuch (talk) 20:29, 8 April 2008 (UTC)
- Shouldn't this page's (and the category's) name include a hyphen, i.e. "Linux-based devices"..? Sardanaphalus (talk) 12:49, 27 August 2008 (UTC)
- Yep, as of 2010 it is! Category:Linux based devices is now Category:Linux-based devices. -- Hegpetz (talk) 22:44, 4 September 2017 (UTC)
Do we need a list, a template and a category?
[edit]There is this page, there is the template Template:Linux_devices and there is the Category:Linux based devices. Do you think that we need them all. It seems that each of them is incomplete right now. I think haveing just the category is enough. -- þħɥʂıɕıʄʈʝɘɖı 22:12, 19 November 2008 (UTC)
To update re: the categories,Category:Linux based devices was automatically moved 12 April 2010 to the slightly renamed Category:Linux-based devices. To your original question, they definitely need to be fleshed out to reflect each other or merged. I think the template should merge into the category. -- Hegpetz (talk) 22:43, 4 September 2017 (UTC)
