I knew of this individual's notability and added a reference that demonstrates it; therefore I've removed the speedy deletion tag, although I fully understand what prompted its addition. Accounting4Taste:talk19:14, 23 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I have removed the speedy deletion tags from this article because:
1. While it is admittedly a stub that will require some work and more material, it is not a promotion of her business, contrary to the reasons given for speedy deletion. There is nothing in this article that promotes her business (name of her firm, contact info, address, etc.) In fact, the subject is well-known enough in Ontario, Canada to have been made a member of the Order of Ontario.
2. The editor who marked it for speedy deletion added "No verifiable 3rd party sources or references." In fact there are two references given, CBC News and Elle magazine, which are both reputable 3rd-party sources.
