Notable alumni

What about Jennifer L. Dorsey-Howley, who the new auditorium is named after? 76.85.167.102 (talk) 04:42, 16 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Curious why the reverting of the placing Dirk Obbink to the "Notable Alumni" section of this page. Notability can't be the issue -- Obbink has seen a good bit of press coverage (New York Times, New Yorker, Atlantic, The Guardian, The Art Newspaper, Reuters, among others). He enjoyed a professorship at Oxford and he received a MacArthur Prize. If I got something wrote, my apologies -- I would welcome the correction. Otherwise, why not include his name among a roster of adult athletes and politicians? Is the citation of a local Lincoln newspaper and appearance in the 1974 and 1975 high school yearbook, ‘’Shield’’ not enough to document his attending?

Assuming agreement, I’m going to add his name back, linked to the Wikipedia article. Thanks, Everyone! Johannes der Taucher (talk) 17:51, 15 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
