Justification Section
This section should really elaborate on how and why limited liability is considered to promote economic activity and entrepreneurship by those economists. Otherwise the Justifications/Criticisms aspect to this article is wholly unbalanced, and presents the matter rather unfairly. Why are there several paragraphs under Criticism elaborating on the validity of these criticisms but merely a terse assertion under Justification? ex turpi causa (talk) 18:42, 1 March 2015 (UTC)
