This is a pathetic article. Somebody should make categories for aspects of his life, not just give a huge chunk of information about him.

All Alone

Recently a track come out titled 'All Alone' it is 2:16 long. (source allhiphop.com) In the track Wayne says 'There's somethin about the hot boys ya don't know' and goes on to talk about his personal relationships with each individual member. He says that he has love for them all. He shows this by stating that he hopes choppa city records blow. (B.G.'s record label) He states that he and Juve never got along, but they both did hot tracks together. He mentions that he had his lawyer working on Turk's legal issues even after Turk dissed him. Lil wayne is now with Latasha jasper "IT’S SOMETHING ABOUT THE HOT BOYZ THAT YOU DON’T KNOW I GOT A LOT OF LOVE FOR THEM THAT I DON’T SHOW AND B.G. BEEN MY N**** SINCE THE FRONT DOOR I HOPE CHOPPA CITY RECORDS BLOW.. Also in the begining of the track Wayne is talking about a woman who he had a relationship with. He mentions how she cheated on him and he can forgive her, but he is moving on. The woman is not identified in the song and so far is unknown to the public, but some speculate he is talking about Trina.

I think this should be added to the main article (I can't do it) because it talks about the beef, and a relationship that was either awhile ago, or more current (with Trina). There is very little mention of his place in the hot boys, and no mention of any beef with them. Although it is clear that there is. Record Sales

RIAA certifications for Lil' Wayne are at 3.5 million total for the U.S. I refuse to believe that he's only sold a 7th of his total moved-units in this market, and has done everything else overseas. His Age

he is AT LEAST 26 years old, he came into the game early, and hes been around and i have video PROOF in interviews and shows where he says his age. on his very first episode of cribs (before the one with his daughter in it) he showed off some 19 inch rims and said that his rims go up with his age, this was around 2000 give or take a year..he didnt even have dreads then so there's your proof

On the page on here, it says he was born September 27, 1984. I don't know how to change it or the process, but Lil Wayne was born September 27, 1982. He mentions this in his single 'Leather So Soft' on the 'Like Father, Like Son' album.

Jay-Z

After the retirement of Jay-Z, Lil Wayne claimed to be the best rapper alive, since the best rapper retired. Even though Jay-Z mildly responded to this claim, Lil Wayne continued to speak on the situation during interviews (such as the one in Complex Magazine). Lil Wayne has made a diss track on the instrumental of "Ether" by Nas titled "Fuck Jay-Z", and has taken numerous subliminal shots at him."

This claim is incorrect, on YouTube and various other sources a track recorded over the ether beat by lil wayne has been edited. The track was done at the time Wayne was considering a move to Roc-a-fella records and after the initial 'Fuck Jay-Z' opening line in the non-edited version of the track Wayne corrects the sentiment and says 'Nah man I fucks with Jay-Z' - showing support not animosity for Jay-Z. The subliminal shots did occur later when Wayne did not move to roc-a-fella and Jay-Z came back out of retirement but as yet Jay-Z has not fully responded to some of Wayne's claims.

He Also Claimed That Is Juvenile Continued To State That He Didnt Earn His Tattoo Tear Drops Like He Was Supposed To That Juvenile Would Be The Next Tear Drop On His Face.

I'm about to remove the sentence "It could be argued that Gillie's lyrical skills are superior, mostly due to the fact that he has frequently proven himself to be a good freestyle rapper, whereas Lil Wayne usually struggles to form coherent flows when they are not premeditated." from the controversy section because 1) It's opinion, and 2) I've heard a number of great freestyles from him.

It is an official FACT. The HHOA (Hip-Hop Organization of America) has recently named Lil Wayne as "The Best Rapper Alive" on June 12, 2007. I deleted a couple lines in the 'Future' section that said he was the best rapper of his time, and 3rd behind Tupac and Biggie, which is completely opinion-oriented (a retarded opinion at that), as things like that don't deserve to be on Wikipedia. Someone needs to address him making out with "the Birdman" under a new section which addresses allegations about him being gay. Link it two the photo and the audio where "the Birdman" responds to the allegations.(But I recently read that he has been dating a lot of female artist such as Supahead and Destiny Child Reject)(Also dat was a Mafia kiss it wasn't making out)

Age Dispute

All of the associated press articles (Yahoo search for "Lil Wayne Arrested" have his age as 23, its seems likely that the sheriff's website has a typo or he had a fake ID with a different age, there's even a legal disclaimer on the sheriff's site that says not to take data on the site as legal fact. Also, "Get it How You Live" came out in 1997, you can look at his face on the cover and tell that he wasn't 18 years old when that picture was taken (not to mention the massive difference between how his pre-pubescent voice is on that album and how it sounds today or on his first solo album just a few years after 97). If he had lied about his age, someone from ASCAP (who legally has his birth name and birth date) would have already outed him, Juvie or BG would have outed him with all the negative stuff they said in the press. That also includes the staff at the Houston University he attended. Plus he was still in high school until 16 when recording, he wouldn't have been 19 years old in ninth grade without at least a single journalist picking up on that. Why isn't a single person who went to school with him saying that he's older than 23? Keep the reference out until there are other sources to indicate that's his true date of birth and not a typo, because the source itself isn't legally viable. BreadLand 07:06, 18 July 2007 (UTC)
