Did you know... that LifeRing Secular Recovery provides support and assistance to people trying to beat alcohol and drug addiction without religion?
If relevant, possibly a new section is required which could compare LifeRing's effectiveness to other self-help groups. I couldn't find enough peer review research to make any good quality comparisons but other editors of course should try as papers become available, in particular compared with SMART which has a similar methodology, or with AA which is quite different, although more widely studied.
