[edit]This page previously claimed that Professor Sargentich was the first to graduate Summa Cum Laude from Harvard Law School. That is not true. It is verifiable that Professor Nesson graduate summa before Sargentich did.[1] The page also claimed that only six people have graduated summa from Harvard Law. I cannot confirm that number but know it's greater than that; at least two people did in this decade already. See http://www.law.harvard.edu/academics/registrar/2007-08/honors_cutoffs_2008.php. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tigers2k6 (talk • contribs) 16:08, 29 January 2010 (UTC)
Someone previously put back into this page the statement that only six people have graduated summa from HLS. This is now verifiably false. According to a 1997 article here, no fewer than six people had graduated summa as of 1997. In the 2000s, a minimum of two additional people graduated summa (see link above). Therefore, there at least eight summa graduates. I believe there are more, but do not have a definitive answer. Tigers2k6 (talk) 23:07, 5 April 2010 (UTC)
