Old Discussion
This wasn't intended to be an advertisement. Please get rid of the Monolithic rail section if you truly believe that it is an advertisement. Like I said though, it was not in my intentions to try to advertise this company.
Lewis machine and tool has been making rifles for the military for several years and I believe that they deserve a place in Wikipedia. Thanks
- Wikipedia is dependant on sources. Your article has none. You might want to consider usefying it. Hell In A Bucket (talk) 14:49, 10 May 2010 (UTC)
- I userfied it and fixed the editing problem you were having. Please see the longer explanation on your user talk page. — TRANSPORTERMAN (TALK) 16:23, 11 May 2010 (UTC)
I have practically rewritten this article and I do believe that it should be ok now. If there are any issues with this article, please let me know and I will try my best to fix them. Thanks--Iskor12 (talk) 20:07, 12 May 2010 (UTC)
New Discussion
Anyone who has knowledge of LMT and the products that they make, I welcome you to add or correct any information on this article. Thanks--Iskor12 (talk) 18:50, 15 May 2010 (UTC)
Should LMT really be considered to be in the category for Companies of the United Kingdom? LMT is located in the USA and all of the materials that they use are USA made.--Iskor12 (talk) 18:38, 26 May 2010 (UTC)
I removed the category for Companies of the UK. It simply doesn't belong here. LMT is Located in Illinois, USA. They don't have any other branches to the company.--Iskor12 (talk) 13:39, 12 July 2010 (UTC)
Can anybody add a section on the use of one of these rifles in the 2017 Vegas shooting? I'm new to editing. 184.2.174.243 (talk) 10:11, 19 November 2017 (UTC)
New Logo
The Logo for Lewis Machine and Tool Company has changed. It can be found on their website (LMTDefense.com). It changed from having just a TM (Trade Marked) to having the R (Registered) marking on it. --Iskor12 (talk) 19:01, 3 November 2011 (UTC)
.308 Modular Weapon System LM308MWS
Needs new page for the LM308MWS. Much easier to write about the differences between US-civilian, UK-mil and NZ-mil specs. 124.171.27.152 (talk) 10:27, 30 January 2012 (UTC)
