As a response to the speedy deletion of Levi9 Ukraine, due to lack of notability, I'd like to mention that Levi9 Ukraine just recently turned 21 years of existence and regarded as one of the first independent IT companies in Eastern Europe and former Soviet Union, (the reference provided in article).
