- Hi 4meter4, was thinking of reviewing this. Would you by chance have any online access (Newspaper.com or such) to the sources you're using for this hook? Just want it to aid my review. Best, Bridget (talk) 16:38, 28 April 2024 (UTC)
- I do, but not in a way that is shareable with you. (I am accessing these through my university library which restricts sharing library materials to students and faculty) We have a process for offline and subscription sources, which is we accept them in good faith per DYK review policy. Regardless, the hook fact is literally in the article’s title which dates his age. His obituary in Variety (again accessed through university subscription and not shareable to you) provides the name of the circus he began his career with. - Yes I'm familiar with that part of the review process. I have access from both Wikipedia Library and another institution, so that's why I was asking. Here's my review: Article expansion is recent enough, well written in terms of prose and sourcing. I don't believe there are any copyright issues (with the sources that I can easily access), including the image from 1925 that's been provided. Hook is interesting of course!
