I support it as primary over the places. But also, I'm tempted to merge or redirect as I don't really see why this ought to be a separate page from lease. Compare with lessee, or grantor, grantee, mortgagor, mortgagee. Adumbrativus (talk) 02:55, 22 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
