- From the lead: "He directed another enormous construction effort." While perhaps covered in the text, I think this should be clarified by at least saying what "enormous construction effort" this is referring to.
- Just out of curiosity: "Their marriage produced two children: a son, Richard Hulbert, born in 1923, and a daughter, Gwen, born in 1928." → Why the last name "Hulbert"? It isn't necessary to explain in the text, I'm just curious myself.
- I did the typical light ce; feel free to revert anything you dislike.
- In general, this is a great article.
