I don't think it's that bad, especially compared to the image previously used for this page (see attached), but you could probably find a better photo through the MDGovPics Flickr account by searching for locations around District 39, or by looking up photos of the caucuses she's a member of (as I did to get the one currently used on the page). Could also email Lopez asking for permission to use an image from her campaign website if none of those suffice.
