Where in the Odyssey does it say that the pramnian wine being referenced is from Lesbos? I've checked the Emily Wilson translation and the one listed as the reference and nowhere does it say that Circe specially gave them Lesbian wine, only that it was pramnian wine. I've been doing research on the island of Ikaria and Ikarian history and there are several text referencing pramnian being made in Ikaria. However, I found the only one quote that pramnian was lesbian.
Yes, this article is definitely wrong, especially in the redirect from Pramnian Wine, which is quite a common reference is ancient texts and definitely wine from the Pramnos mountain of the island of Ikaria. Even in the single mention of pramnian wine in association with Lesbos (from Deipnosophistai), that mention reads like someone mentions they like the pramnian type wine from Lesbos. Then there is an entire section on the same work, devoted to explaining how pramnian wine is from Ikaria. If nobody writes it up, I might return to give it a go.
