Notability
[edit]The notability of this book has been questioned in an edit here. I submit that if there is a reliable source calling a book a classic (and in this case there is), the book ought to be considered notable. FreeKnowledgeCreator (talk) 10:06, 25 May 2014 (UTC)
- Thanks for your submission. Thing is, per WP:NBOOK, we have a higher standard. Specifically, the standard says that we need multiple sources to say the title is notable. Do those sources exist? If not, then it fails the notability guideline. To this end, I've nominated the article for deletion. -- Mikeblas (talk) 00:51, 21 March 2015 (UTC)
- Ah, the biting sarcasm. I only try to be helpful. Did you even bother to look for sources before nominating the article for deletion, Mikeblas? FreeKnowledgeCreator (talk) 00:54, 21 March 2015 (UTC)
- Nothing I posted here was sarcastic. -- Mikeblas (talk) 14:00, 17 April 2015 (UTC)
- I'm sorry, it's simply that I sometimes get a little crotchety when an article I started gets nominated for deletion. Apologies. FreeKnowledgeCreator (talk) 06:35, 18 April 2015 (UTC)
