[edit]+ 1 - -should be merged! - in some ways strange content in this article: "Bone metabolism is under direct control of the brain and thus nerve fibres are present in bone tissue [3]." - even if there are nerve fibers in bone tissue (perhaps the body mesures the forces in the bone) I cannot believe that "bone metabolism is under direct control of the brain" - that does not make sense Plehn (talk) 08:03, 17 December 2010 (UTC)
