At the moment, I don't think this quite meets WP:GNG due to improperly-cited sources not meeting WP:RS. Dictionary of Phrase and Fable is a good source but doesn't support the claims made in the article. Some RSs that should establish GNG and give material to work with:
Although Chambers and de Plancy are approaching historical primary sources given their age, on this matter they are secondary sources to Johann Weyer's De praestigiis daemonum. Belanger is a tertiary source. She goes over de Plancy, and brings up an additional mention in the footnotes of A. E. Waite's presentation of the Grand Grimoire.
I cannot find Leonard in Mack and Mack's Field Guide.
I also found an entry in Theresa Bane's Encyclopedia of Demons but it confounds him with a variety of figures that no source connects him with. Between that and the rather troublesome citations (wrong page numbers, citations that to references don't mention the subject anywhere) I'm doubtful as to the reliability of Bane's Encyclopedia.
