Lists
[edit]Both the faculty and coaches lists are in their essence not encyclopedic and should be removed. WP isn't a directory. Thoughts Lucas20 (talk) 04:32, 7 February 2009 (UTC)
Objectivity
[edit]Please keep Wikipedia objective. This article has a clear slant against the small school initiative, regardless of its effectiveness. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Gatsby (talk • contribs)
- Yeah, like this bit:
- "Some students who otherwise might not have wanted to participate in this experiment were easily swayed by exclusive field trips that were, of course, not offered to the rest of the student body. School-individual field trips would continue to be touted as one of the positive aspects of the small-schools plan. Although promising in theory, these field trips often turned out to be nothing more than a barbecue in the school’s backyard or an hour stay at an empty beach on a cold, April morning."
- That sounds like it was written by a disaffected student who had to spend an hour at a cold, empty beach one school day!
