[edit]We need a good opening sentence that captures her importance, but without too much specific detail. Seems like we need to determine how best to refer to her - last name is tricky here, but may need to follow standards if last name is typical reference style. Or perhaps full name?
Should be linking to sources and ideally uploading some images featuring Washoe basketry - perhaps a tribal museum or other such location in Nevada, California, etc.
